These Terms explain how you may use the human depth website, membership, events, and community.
human depth is operated by Human Depth AI Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17285740, at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. In these Terms, "human depth", "we", "us", or "our" means Human Depth AI Solutions Ltd and the human depth community.
You may use our website and community only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the service, other members, or the reputation of the community.
By using the website, purchasing membership, registering for events, or participating in the community, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for the information you provide when joining, registering for events, purchasing membership, or participating in the community.
Human depth is an independent learning and professional community for people working across the human layer of AI.
Human depth is not an annotation vendor, staffing agency, managed AI training provider, employer, employment agency, recruitment agency, or project delivery company.
Membership may provide access to community spaces, events, peer discussion, and general career or market information.
Membership does not include paid task assignment, job placement, employment, client project access, staffing services, recruitment services, project delivery, or guaranteed work opportunities.
Paid membership gives access to the community, selected sessions, and member-only materials while your membership is active.
When you purchase or use membership, you acknowledge and agree that human depth does not provide employment, contractor engagements, paid tasks, client projects, staffing, or guaranteed career outcomes.
Prices, billing periods, and included benefits are shown before checkout. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.
You may cancel future renewal of your membership through the available billing flow or by contacting us. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Members may post, comment, ask questions, share resources, and interact with other members. You are responsible for the content you share.
Do not post unlawful, misleading, abusive, confidential, spammy, or infringing content. Do not share private client, project, platform, or employer information unless you have permission to do so.
You must not share confidential, proprietary, or non-public materials from any company, platform, client, employer, contractor relationship, or project. This includes task content, screenshots, prompts, rubrics, guidelines, qualification tests, benchmark materials, client names, internal processes, rate cards, credentials, or other restricted information.
Human depth does not request or require members to disclose confidential project information, breach any agreement, or violate any third-party obligation.
We may remove content, limit access, or suspend accounts if we believe these Terms or the purpose of the community are being breached.
You keep ownership of everything you post. Nothing here transfers your copyright to us.
You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and share your content inside human depth, only so that we can run the community and show your posts to other members. We do not sublicense your content, sell it, or use it to train public foundation models.
This licence ends when your content is deleted, except for copies that remain in routine backups for a limited period.
Illegal content is not allowed in human depth. This includes terrorism content, child sexual exploitation and abuse content, and the other kinds of priority illegal content set out in the Online Safety Act 2023.
Terrorism content and child sexual exploitation and abuse content are removed as soon as we become aware of them, and the account responsible is suspended. We report this content to the relevant authorities where we are required to.
Other illegal content is removed as soon as we become aware of it, whether we find it ourselves or a member reports it to us.
We review content that is reported to us. New members' first posts may be held for approval before they appear.
Every post and comment in the community has a report option. Use it to tell us about content you believe is illegal, breaches these Terms, or puts someone at risk.
You can also email us at [email protected]. Tell us where the content is and what the problem is.
We acknowledge reports, tell you what happens next, and let you know the outcome.
You can complain to us in the same way if you think we have left illegal content up, taken content down that should have stayed, or suspended an account when we should not have.
We may remove content, hide it pending review, limit access, or suspend an account where we believe these Terms, the law, or the purpose of the community are being breached.
If we remove your content or suspend your account, you can appeal. Email [email protected] and tell us what was removed and why you think the decision was wrong. A person reviews the appeal, not an automated system.
If we agree the decision was wrong, we restore the content or the account access as far as we can.
If we remove your content or suspend or ban your account in breach of these Terms, you may have the right to bring a claim against us for breach of contract.
You can cancel your membership at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not charge you again after that.
We give you notice before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right to cancel that you have under consumer law.
You can ask us to delete your membership account at any time.
When an account is deleted we remove your profile details. Posts and comments you made in the community may stay visible with your name removed, so that discussions other members took part in remain readable.
If you want specific posts deleted rather than anonymised, email [email protected] and tell us which ones.
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any agreements, NDAs, confidentiality duties, platform rules, client policies, employment duties, contractor obligations, non-solicitation terms, conflict-of-interest rules, or other obligations you may have with third parties.
Your participation in human depth does not override, replace, or modify any obligation you owe to another company, platform, client, employer, contractor, or project.
You agree not to use human depth to obtain, disclose, exchange, or misuse confidential information, restricted materials, platform access, client information, or proprietary project information from any third party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you are responsible for any breach of your third-party obligations or misuse of third-party information arising from your own actions, posts, messages, uploads, or participation in the community.
Human depth may use AI tools, automation, and related systems to support community operations, moderation, member support, content organisation, event workflows, career mapping, summaries, recommendations, and other service features.
AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your specific circumstances. They are provided for general learning, organisation, and professional development only, and do not constitute legal, employment, financial, career, or professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any AI-assisted output. You must not submit confidential, proprietary, or third-party restricted information into any human depth feature, including features supported by AI tools or automation.
We may use automated or AI-assisted systems to detect spam, abuse, security risks, policy violations, or restricted content. We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts based on automated signals, human review, or both.
Events and opportunity-related content are provided for learning, networking, market awareness, and professional development.
Any career or market information is general information only. It is not a job offer, employment offer, contractor engagement, staffing service, recruitment service, paid task assignment, or promise of access to client work.
We do not guarantee job placement, income, client work, paid tasks, interviews, promotions, referrals, platform access, project access, or any specific career outcome.
We may use third-party providers for payments, community hosting, email, analytics, events, and other operational needs. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
We may update the website, membership, features, events, or these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page tells you when these Terms last changed.
If we make a change that materially affects your membership, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and you can cancel if you do not agree.
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
