This Privacy Policy explains how human depth collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our website, membership, events, and community.
Human Depth AI Solutions Ltd, trading as human depth, is the controller of personal information collected through human depth. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17285740, at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, profile details, billing details, event registrations, messages, posts, comments, and support requests.
We may also collect technical and usage information such as device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, referral source, and interactions with the website or community.
Most personal information comes directly from you. We may also receive limited information from service providers such as payment processors, community platforms, analytics tools, event tools, email providers, or authentication systems.
We do not ask members to provide confidential, proprietary, or non-public information from any employer, client, platform, project, or third-party engagement.
Members should not submit task content, screenshots, prompts, rubrics, guidelines, qualification tests, client names, internal processes, rate cards, credentials, or other restricted materials through the website or community, including through features that may be supported by AI tools or automation systems.
If you submit confidential or third-party restricted information, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to do so. We may remove, restrict, or delete such content if we become aware of it or believe it may breach these Terms, third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, or community safety rules.
We may use AI tools, automation systems, and related service providers to help operate, secure, moderate, support, analyse, and improve the website, membership, events, and community.
These tools may process information you provide, such as profile details, community posts, messages, event registrations, support requests, and usage information, where this is necessary to provide the service, protect the community, respond to requests, improve operations, or support member experience.
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or third-party restricted information to human depth, including through features that may be processed by AI tools or automation systems.
Where we use third-party AI or automation providers, they process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms and policies. We do not ask members to provide confidential third-party materials for AI processing.
We do not intentionally use confidential third-party project materials or member-submitted restricted content to train public foundation models.
We use personal information to operate the website and community, process membership and payments, provide events, communicate with you, improve the service, protect the community, and comply with legal obligations.
We send you service and account messages you cannot opt out of, such as event confirmations and billing notices, because we need them to provide what you asked for. We only send marketing email where you have subscribed, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
We process personal information where it is necessary to provide the website, membership, community, events, payments, and support; where we have a legitimate interest in operating, securing, improving, and protecting the service; where we need to comply with legal obligations; and, where required, with your consent.
We share personal information with the service providers that run parts of human depth for us. They process it on our behalf, under our instructions.
Stripe processes membership payments. Customer.io sends membership, event, and newsletter email. Resend sends account and notification email from the community. Cloudflare Stream hosts session recordings, and Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. PostHog provides product analytics, if you accept analytics cookies. Our community forum and its file uploads run on infrastructure we operate, using an object storage provider to hold uploaded files.
Information you post inside the community is visible to other members, depending on where you post it. Private messages are visible to the members in the conversation.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
Payment information is processed by Stripe. We may receive payment status, plan, billing, and transaction metadata, but we do not store full card numbers.
We use cookies that are necessary for the website to work and to keep it secure. These are always on.
We would also like to use analytics cookies. We use PostHog to understand which pages people visit and how they move through the site. We ask before we set them, and we do not set them if you say no.
You can change your choice at any time using the cookie preferences link at the bottom of any page, or by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser.
The community forum sets cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in. It does not use analytics cookies.
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, manage membership records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
When you delete your account we remove your profile details. Posts and comments you made in the community may stay visible with your name removed, so that discussions other members took part in remain readable. You can ask us to delete specific posts instead.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, but no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We do not make decisions about you that have a legal or similarly significant effect using automated processing alone. A person reviews decisions to remove content, suspend an account, or refuse membership.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request a copy of your personal information.
Where we rely on your consent to process information, you can withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing we carried out before you withdrew it.
You do not have to give us personal information, but we cannot provide membership, take payment, or register you for an event without it.
To make a privacy request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will reply within one month.
If you are in the UK, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
We and our service providers may process personal information in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, the United States, and other countries where our providers operate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
If we make a change that materially affects how we use your personal information, we will tell members by email before it takes effect.
